What we do for you
Engagements are scoped to your goals and your regulatory environment, and defined together in an initial consultation. Most work falls into three areas, delivered independently or as a connected program.
AI & Data Governance Readiness
Before an institution can deploy AI responsibly, its data and controls have to be ready for it. We assess your enterprise data and technology landscape against AI and regulatory expectations, identify gaps in data lineage, consent architecture, and controls, and translate them into a prioritized, ownable roadmap. The work draws on the frameworks examiners and clients increasingly expect, and aligns to the responsible and trustworthy AI practices that leading consulting firms are building out.
Typical scope: governance readiness assessments · data lineage and consent gap analysis · vendor evaluation and selection · business-case rationalization · modernization roadmaps
Regulatory Findings Remediation & Program Leadership
When examiners raise findings, the clock starts. We direct enterprise remediation programs that close findings against Large Financial Institution standards — establishing the identity governance frameworks, controls, and audit trails that satisfy regulators and stay durable after the program ends. This is sustained, embedded delivery leadership, not a slide deck.
Typical scope: remediation program leadership · controls design and documentation · identity and access governance · audit-trail establishment · regulator-ready reporting
Identity, Privacy & Consent Program Delivery
The systems that protect customer data are the systems that earn customer trust. We deliver the identity, access, privacy, and consent infrastructure underneath modern financial services: role-based access management across enterprise platforms, global consent management for GDPR and CCPA compliance, and customer-data and identity-resolution strategy with privacy built into the design rather than bolted on.
Typical scope: RBAC/IAM program management · global consent management · privacy-by-design frameworks · customer data platform and identity-resolution strategy · multi-jurisdiction compliance
